Your guide download

Andeor saves the first name, surname, email address, selected language and date you submit when requesting the PDF. Your request is stored privately with the guide registration, its source and the notice you saw. It does not create a customer account or subscribe you to marketing emails. We retain your request to provide the guide and manage download enquiries. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Andeor through the privacy page below.

A necessary, secure cookie unlocks the PDF for 24 hours after your request is saved. It contains no name or email. Request limits use a keyed digest of the connection address and expire automatically. The booking widget loads from Andeor and uses its own booking and payment privacy terms.

Saved places

Saving a place stores its identifier in this browser’s local storage. This first version does not send your saved collection to a server or create an account. You can remove places individually or clear your browser’s site data.

Your listening position

The audio player remembers your position in this browser, separately for each language. It does not create an account or send that position to a server. Clear the site’s browser data to remove it. Audio files are served by this site; listening does not connect your browser to ElevenLabs.

Search and location

The guide’s search runs in your browser. The map requests tiles from OpenStreetMap. If you choose to share your location, your browser asks permission and the map uses it to adjust the view. We do not save that location in an account or customer record.

External services

The hosting service processes requests needed to deliver the site. Opening Google Maps, Andeor, Andan or a source website takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. Andeor and Andan links include campaign parameters identifying this guide as the referral source.
